Hotel Diplomat - Pokhara

The hotel is a perfect place for exploring Pokhara with a helpful and amiable staff who provide great customer service. the room had amazing hot showers. the location is very convenient, close to the tourist bus stop, stores, restaurants, and tourist spots. Overall, everything was simply very good.

The hotel made my trip to Pokhara very relaxing. the staff was exceptionally nice from arrival to departure. - the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to all conveniences, tourist spots, restaurants, shops, and the lake.

good stay, as always. wonderful hotel with free wi-fi and extremely helpful and really helpful staff. very good breakfast - a lot of meals. the room beautifully maintained and airy, bed comfy. the location was quiet - walk from restaurants and bars. easy to reach from pokhara airport, 15 minutes drive.

Positioned 0.5 miles from the airport. Thanks to the hospitable staff everything was really good, including a lot ofgood food.

Really good Service and Hospitality

I had a wonderful experience at a hotel in Pokhara. The staff at Diplomat were pretty good too ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided unbiased and helpful advice on local attractions and activities, making sure I got the most out of my trip. The room was spacious and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. Despite a minor inconvenience with the power socket, the overall experience was excellent. With their warm hospitality and attentive service, I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Pokhara.

the owner greeted us warmly and was very friendly throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to take care of all our needs and were extremely informative. When my kids left their bag in a taxi, the owner helped us retrieve it. the location was also convenient, with a halal food restaurant nearby.

I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and helpful staff. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The room I stayed in was so cozy and comfortable! I loved the seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring Pokhara. It made me feel right at home. The view of the mountains from my room was simply breathtaking. Plus, I could enjoy the lovely garden view as well.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. I could hear some noise from outside or from neighboring rooms.

This place is fantastic with an exceptional staff providing consistently excellent customer service and serving delicious food.
